Jeff, do you really think that Sony, RIMM, Apple or the rest of them would have signed with us it their experts did not agree with our declaration or did they just have a few spare millions sitting around that they wanted to throw our way. Most of them are paying, have paid, or would like to pay (but only a Frand rate). Do you really think their experts would allow this if we were only blowing smoke?
