Not quite true.

First of all their is the small matter of the minor insurance refund

Secondly the minor adjustment in respect of legal fees.

Thirdly from an accounts an EPS perspective the net income will be described as other income so as to demonstrate to all and sundry that this represents a one off gain not relating to the quarter, akin to an extraordinary item in a set of financial accounts.
