Please explain the insurance refund?
Legal fess are ecpected to be less than 10% of the settlement per the 10 K.
True it will be other income that is why an earnings forecast will be so important. They came the closest I have ever seen them coming to doing this on the CC about the ERICY settlement. I think it is reasonable to expect this by the time the 1st qtr earnings CC. We should have some type of resolution of Nokia and Samsung by then per Howards comments of weeks not months.
