Obviously a huge overreaction. In time this will be a great buy as the market readjusts after this panic selling. However, I am not gonna stand in the way while the hersd is stampeding...

From one of the old Annual Reports: As of January 31, 2010, there were 24,321,600 shares of the Registrant’s common stock outstanding.

There's huge dilution. In less than 3 1/2 years each share is only worth 6.13% as much of the company as before.

Growing the company to 16 times its old size was done by buying lots of mortgages at their highest levels in over 50 years, and none of that growth helped stock-holders.
