the dilution of shareholder equity is minor compared to the fall in stock price.
Institutional investors still hold 41 % of company

I took 1/3 of my shares off the board and the other 2/3 r all profit after taking into consideration the div's for the past 4 yrs. wish I had some dry powder. As I stated in a previous post they had $400M + slated for common share buy back that's @ 1.5M + common shares coming off the table @ this SP
