AGNC may have some problems but dilution isn't one of them. They have to give out almost all their profits so the only way to grow is with special offering stock sales. As long as they sell above book (and they have)and reinvest properly there is no effective dilution. You end up with a smaller share of a bigger, more valuable company- a wash.

the book value has increased over that same time period now over $28 per share. what was it back in Dec 2009 when the company was 18 months old?
