I feel as strongly about this as you do. Before todays trading I owned 70000shares plus some calls and puts.I took a big hit today in my IRA and other accounts. But I do not think that the courts are the way to go Cooler heads have to prevail. I think that Jim or anyone else on this board who has a good relationship with IDCC should contact them and try for an explanation. But it has to be done quickly before to much damage is done if it is not already too late.we need some news to counter that K. I had hoped for some after the close today to stem the tide for tomorrow. If we do not get some buying tomorrow we are in deep trouble. Too many posters have their heads up their u-know- what. it is great to be bullish and optomistic but those rose colored glasses have to come off occasionally to see the world as it is.. Some obtuse posters are going to respond by saying "sell" one in particular. That seems to be their intelligent response to a problem. There is a problem. Hoping for a sunny tomorrow with some funds jumping in or I am jumping out. I am 82 years young and can not afford a loss at this time of my life. All of us are entitled to our opinions.
