Im not going to argue about this here.

I sent an Email to IDCC. If I do not hear from them or they do not completely clariffy the 10-K soon. Im going to seek action one way or another.

A few political contacts Im sure can get to the bottom of this crap if IDCC chooses to ignore shareholders.

This should have all been laid out to shareholders before the run up and no later than the CC.

The insider dumping IMO is the proof of quilt. But Ill let the real experts sort through whats, what if management doesnt follow through with some answers soon.
