I wrote a long explanation again about things they should or could be doing and other things but need to edit it. Then I can call and tell him to please read it.

Many of the things I went over with Frank 1 1/2 years ago and all of those things were dead on. It is hard when no in person to move someone into action.

Had been looking at the Chineese site and some may have not looked - here is the management team - using babelfish to translate - you can get plugins for Firefox and Maxthon browsers to traslate using babelfish or WorldLingo
