Did not call Leon yet

I wrote a long explanation again about things they should or could be doing and other things but need to edit it. Then I can call and tell him to please read it.

Many of the things I went over with Frank 1 1/2 years ago and all of those things were dead on. It is hard when no in person to move someone into action.
