but doesnt it make sense? there are no 'leading manufacturers' currently signed up w/us for 3g......and if thats what nok requires in order to trigger a 3g license, then i can see why nok hasnt signed a 3g license to date.

isnt 400 million in cash flow and $2-3/EPS good enough for now?
