Because IDCC will be compared to other patent trolls because they DO NOT manufacture a product.

Unless there is something that you can see, touch, feel, smell, taste or consume, it is NOT a product.

The perception of what InterDigital does is too complex for the ordinary person to understand, let alone a politician, judge, or court system.

So, InterDigital will fall under the guidelines of a patent troll.
