tom, limited access to the patents for national security reasons could be true for the nuclear detection patents, but I'm convinced it won't happen for the water detritiation patents - those ones (water detritiation) have already been cleared for international patent applications.
Although it could be true, I would be surprised if the detection patents were kept under wraps.
