It is possible that any of the nuclear arena patents just may go the "Black Box" route. I beleive that will limit access to the SEC and qualified Federal Government agencies only.

That would make sense. All we need is some idiot from CBS to start spewing secret info about our newest tech against the looney tune terrorist orgs. Not saying this is for sure, just a strong possibility, IMHO.
