JimLur - regarding Rip Tilden. Does that mean he has no shares as of now in the company and only probably some new options that he may get? Is it possible that he might be leaving the company and joining some other company..probably a strategic relation company. I cannot imagine a top official not having any vested interest in the company. I am really confused with the fact that he sold all his position (please correct me if it is not all his position).
