In Rip's filing under section 9 it shows he has zero shares left. If that'a fact then all he has left if options to buy shares. When he came to the comapny he bought 1 or 2 thousand shares plus what ever he bought in his 401 k. In the pdf format he sold 300 shares from his 401 K. Why would he sell in the 401 K if he can't take funds out until he's 59 1/2?
