I am really curious now as to what this Attorney Letter that Richard is waiting for is all about. Since ICNB is an SEC Filer, I do not believe it needs an Attorney Letter stating it is current, as SweepsMcgee pointed out in an earlier post.

If this is the case, I am wondering if this is the letter that will announce the merger effective end of year 2012. Richard is stressing that this is the filing that will be most important. We may see an 8K come out after the 2012 10K, announcing a merger or acquisition. I am not an expert on mergers, but can a merger be announced that is retroactive in date?
Whatever the case may be, we are not too far away from learning first hand what is about to transpire with Iconic Brands.
