Email update from Richard today (5-17-13)
Before the email post, just realize he has been a busy man and meant to get back via email to each and everyone of you that sent him an email for an update. He asked to relay this message to all those who believe in this company and in him. Here it is:
My Email to Richard:
Hello Richard,
It has been a long time since I last wrote to you. Hope you are doing well. Even though I have not been in touch with you lately, I can tell you have been a busy person as of late. I know you were at the WSWA Convention in Orlando last week. And by the looks of things via pictures, it seems like you and DJ Paul, Rohan Marley and the Rodeo RAW ladies had a successful, productive convention. Congratulations also on the launching of Rodeo RAW Whiskey Club at the Mesquite Arena in Dallas. That is a fantastic way to market the new whiskey brand. With so much going on, I am surprised you have time to catch a breath!
United Spirits is keeping you busy, that's for sure. Richard, any updates on the filings for the 2012 10K and the 2013 1Q? What is the latest on those two filings? I am guessing that the 2012 10K is nearing completion and the 2013 Q should just be a template of the previous Qs. Upon completion of these filings, can you shed some light as to what we, the investors, can expect from Iconic Brands, Inc? I respect your position as CEO and do not want you to overstep any boundries. But as we near the completion of these financial filings, I , along with my fellow group on supportive investors are feeling the excitement once again. It has been a long journey for us all. I anticipate that the wait will be over soon and we will all be satisfied as to the new direction of Iconic Brands.

Good morning and I apologize for the delayed reply. I am well, thankfully home for the weekend and then hopefully here for the next several days. I have a lot going on as you already know and we are expecting our first grandchild any time now.
The convention was amazing and the group of celebs I organized for United's portfolio is impressive and I hope we can get something done with Iconic and United.
Rodeo is near and dear to me as it is my baby from inception and the girls have become part of family so to speak. They are just so wonderful to work with and a real slice of Americana. The flavored bourbon category is on fire as well, which does not hurt.
On the Iconic front I have to be careful as you know but we are close, very close and I have been on legal for the past two days for a letter that is part of the 2012K which I hope to have today. XXXXX, from then on out we should be on our way, the first Q for 13 is in draft form but the K is the most important piece now to get the company current and remove that dreadful symbol.
I am around, be well and please know how appreciative I am for you support, BeachBum, JRT , SweepsMcghee and the entire Group. I am sorry if I have not been able to disclose as much as everyone would have like me to but I have to respect the rules.
