if you get Fred to tell us how many licenses have been signed up the date of that PR by Handal and he says more than 2 then my assessment of the recent PR will have been wrong.

As a side note the recent PR release if it is indeed for more than 2 companies does not satisfy comments made before this PR that it has happened in the past. As I said Fred may well indeed do what was said but the fact still remains he never did this strategy before this release.

Again I still see wiggle room in this answer to your question. Was he talking about diasonic and iriver when he answered your question or were there others other than diasonic and iriver.
