I take that back he did reply after I went to work as I just checked again tonight. I do not understand why he couldn't answer this simple non confidential non material question given freely in many PR's. There is no reason whatsoever he couldn't answer this question. They state this running count in several recent PRs. The last 2 in fact of Colorado they proudly stated licenses 18 and 19..below is his answer and below that is a copy of the previous release stating settlements 18 and 19 and how they receivde money for the settlements. All I asked him was to update the number they freely give as to settlements total to date nothing more.

Ha Ha. No there's absolutely no wiggle room as you suggest. The news release clearly says that diasonic and iriver were SOME of the most recent companies to license our technology. Fred then clarified that the unnamed companies are new licenses as a result of Handals efforts. There isn't any other way to interpret this but that there are SEVERAL new licensees. I agree with you that your earlier assessment was wrong. e.DIGITAL is doing well so Smile!
