I found out from Mr. Fred Falk the President of EDIG that there were several new licenses sold. Combined with the two named parties in the news release and now this email saying there were other recent parties means several by any definition. Good work Dischino.

My email to Fred. Hi Fred congrats on the recent PR. Why don't you include the settlement amounts in the releases? Do the licensees want it that way? In the release you mentioned that Diasonic and iriver were two of "some recent parties" to license our technology. Do you mean the other recent parties were as a result of Handals efforts -- or do you mean parties from the Colorado & Texas litigations? Thank you for your time. xxxx

The purpose of the press release was to announce new licensees. So to answer your question, yes, the other recent parties were as a result of the current litigation activities through Handal & Associates.

Also, the settlement agreements are confidential and therefore the settlement amounts cannot be disclosed.
