there are too many similarities between the deals ocee has done and what gler has announced.
the only way i can see him locking in these properties is by buying control, firing everyone and then retiring his commons for perf. if he does this the PPS will go straight up!!! he is also going to have to make a big promise to not dilute the SS just like ocee. which i bet ocee buys a stake in gler.
