yep kicks out old board of directors and puts his people in place
wipes out their voting rights and shares
holds 90 percent of shares this time instead of 75 percent
and already has 3 properties announced before he even takes over
saw something related to costa rica popping off with OCEE too... Ill find that article but this works out I wouldn't mind a month long stay in Costa Rica while Frankel increases value
