This is a dangerous statement and an argument that opens itself to immeasurable backlash. I am long, I am positive on potential litigation outcomes and I think WDDD has a fantastic case. However, I would and will never say an IP Centric company, pre-revenue no less, can be considered a premature victor in a "laydown" lawsuit. I will remain positive and evaluate information as it is made available, however sentiment can change quickly. Good luck all and I look forward to more material information from both WDDD and the defendant.

Your attempts to show the possibilities of Worlds are way out of line.

In my opinion ATVI gets out bid by Microsoft and the price is way higher than you think.

But I would settle for your scenario.
