This is a dangerous statement and an argument that opens itself to immeasurable backlash. I am long, I am positive on potential litigation outcomes and I think WDDD has a fantastic case. However, I would and will never say an IP Centric company, pre-revenue no less, can be considered a premature victor in a "laydown" lawsuit. I will remain positive and evaluate information as it is made available, however sentiment can change quickly.
