If you think you are going to be sentenced to hang, do you force that to happen now or do you do anything, no matter how senseless, in order to delay . . .

Exactly, the operative word here is IF. They have not been sentenced to hang because there is no verdict. They are being "investigated" so that is why I'm saying they are digging a deeper hole each time they fabricate another lie (if they are lying about the whole thing) before the verdict comes down.

It's probably a waste of time trying to reason here but I can't help thinking there's something else. Just doesn't make sense when you look at how the company used to respond, how every question was answered very specifically and technically during the CC, how it appeared they were well on their way and all the while no dilution or any attempts to pump and dump. In fact, they've done a great job of destroying the value.
