I agree w/most of your post except the 3'rd part suits not being filed.

I do agree that G.S. will most likely settle but Moody's & S.P. ratings will most likely have to be pressured via a suit to settle. Also other banks that took part in the naked shorting will need prodding via a SUIT to convince them to settle.

I do not think a court trial will occur as SUSMAN will have the goods on them and will present the facts to them in private mtg's to convince them to settle.
