Thanks for the clarification. I thought that was the case but wasn't sure as their PR stated an upcoming milestone was "in licensing on the Min Technology" for Q2 2013, which would have just passed. I guess that process is wrapping up and they are a little behind in that regards. Not a big deal. Thanks again.
