Did Bob Wesson really leave as well? If so, who does Gary have left to work on the SmartOne he kept talking about in 2012?

If he doesn't produce the App does his Company come across as spreading false-misleading information to the Market?

Since Purely Pennys Stocks said the basic part of the App is done why can't Gary release this version?
