Mr Torchia told me that he is no longer working withe EDoorways and his company has "no association with EDoorways and Smart1systems".

Mr Wesson has yet to respond to my messages but based on the Pink Sheet disclosure posted by EDoorways he is no longer a part of the company.

It has been suggested on other message boards that the exact opposite is true about Mr Torchia. There is no need to fight about this point. He is very easy to contact and you can ask him for yourself. Maybe Mr Kimmons will clear this up and make a statement about who exactly is working for EDoorways and Smart1systems.
