In my calculations I was using Q1 as in Q1 of sales (full 3 months) and not their actual Q1.

Kcsven is correct. One more week of data to report. And it will take a few quarters for Amarin to get data to be able to estimate for historical rates ie chargebacks, etc. Then there's stocking and deferred revenues ie until product goes to a customer, returns, etc. In the meantime, we will have to be content with fluctuating gross and net sales reports.
