I know plenty about this company, but as I will readily admit I don't know what's going on behind closed doors and you claim you do.
This saga will play out eventually I suppose.

The only failure is the company's failure to move the SP higher. The PTQ curse. Let's see if your $400M deal can move the SP higher. I'm still skeptical it will.
