I don't follow. If it works properly, what "issue" are they aware of and what are they going to try and fix soon? Are you trying to say that an email sent to help@edoorways.com will not result in a delivery error? I bet the email you received from "help@edoorways.com" did not originate from that address. Take a look at the header and let me know what you find. Better yet, maybe they will send me an email so I can see where the message is coming from.

Not false info as the box does generate an error. Emails are answered though and quickly I might add, so that is what is important.

Not that it matters, because asking the company ANY question will either get the standard bla, bla, bla BS or the standard " we cannot address that at this time" response.

Only EDWY can prove or disprove if they are for real and that will be with their actions. So far I'm not impressed as we have been waiting a month now for things that were only "three to four weeks away". Should have said six weeks if it was not going to be done in three.

Yep...more waiting. Imagine that.
