I don't follow. If it works properly, what "issue" are they aware of and what are they going to try and fix soon? Are you trying to say that an email sent to [e-mail] will not result in a delivery error? I bet the email you received from "[e-mail]" did not originate from that address. Take a look at the header and let me know what you find. Better yet, maybe they will send me an email so I can see where the message is coming from.
