re: 1b vs 2b PINR OS, my memory was 2b. might have been 1b at MIKP rebranding.
if so, that just means Mark diluted 12b since 2008, instead of my figure of 11b.

After the RS, the OS was 110m shares, yes?

So what was the OS just prior to the RS?

hint: 110m * 100 = 11b

if you have an issue with that math, i can't help you.
if you can't believe Mark diluted from 3b to 11b with a gagged TA between two filing periods, i can't help you.
