the numbers you compiled detail exactly what i have said:
-- PINR had about 2b OS when Mark bought the shell in 2008.
-- Mark diluted to 11b from 2008 to 2011: (100:1 split * 110m) = 11b.
(with gagged TA for the steep rise from 3b to 11b)
-- after the RS to 110m, Mark diluted 23x, issuing another 2.5b shares over 8 months (April 27 - Dec 31) reports.
-- that's 11b total = 9b before RS, 2b after.
the evidence of Mark's past behavior is clear.
with the Kop-inspired debt/OS reduction of mid-2012, he seemed to change his stripes, moving on a path of increasing shareholder value.
whether you believe he truly has changed his stripes, that he has our best interest at heart now,
or you remain cautiously wary as i do,
it doesn't really matter.
all of us are stockholders presently, held hostage by FINRA, not Mark.
if FINRA decides Mark isn't fit for command, they will flush us with a slash of the pen.
then we really will see Mark's character, in how he extracts the existing MIKP assets from the doomed gray market husk of a shell.
that said, given that your numbers support exactly what i've been saying, why would your opinion of me change?
i have been following MIKP since it's inception, and Mark 6 months longer, via his IR role at EESO.
i'm sitting on 50m shares of MIKP, probably more than most here, and as keen as anyone on FINRA reinstating us.
you should be personally satisfied to have done the rigorous DD on the matter, so you can weigh the evidence and see what you see in the numbers.
