Just because you call your admittedly speculative conspiracy theory a "plan" doesn't change the substance of your claim and my argument. Indeed, those who claim that Kennedy was shot by the CIA or others could easily adopt your argument and say that they don't have a conspiracy theory, but they are rather discussing the CIA's "business plan."
