I don't think the ceo is going to admit or reveal plans for this shell over the phone to a stranger. There is a lot more going on behind the scenes than we know. Nobody forks out ten to hundred thousand dollars for 16-17 filings and just sits back and admires the filings and pat himself on the back for a good job done. There is a reason for all these filings and the seo is being extremely cautious not to divulge anything that might land him in trouble. Just my 2 cents.
