It is my opinion that he will file everything at once... once the court in OK reaches a decision.

The OK suit is in it's earliest stage. If it isn't settled quickly--if some of the defendants choose to fight--it'll likely drag on for at least a year, probably longer.

The holders of fake shares are their own worst enemy, the only intelligent ones seem to be those who have decided to suspend judgement and wait for the sec report.

What "SEC report"? The SEC doesn't do "reports". Either they'll file civil litigation, or we'll never hear another word from them.
