Janice... That is not what I heard from Mr. Megas. I will not get into that NOW. ----- We are awaiting his public announcement. We will see what has been going on. Hopefully, he will clear up some things in the next PR.

The OK suit is in it's earliest stage. If it isn't settled quickly--if some of the defendants choose to fight--it'll likely drag on for at least a year, probably longer

what "SEC report"? The SEC doesn't do "reports". Either they'll file civil litigation, or we'll never hear another word from them.

lol don't be so literal.... I think he was using "report" in the general sense....meaning the result of their investigation... whether it ends up being an administrative proceeding, or a litigation release is yet to be seen...
