no reason, but would not solve problem, not caring what fake shareholders think of me since I am not in a beauty contest and do not rely on public money to do my business.. I am now wasting so much time on the internet trial that little is getting done at the moment. The holders of fake shares are their own worst enemy, the only intelligent ones seem to be those who have decided to suspend judgement and wait for the sec report. That will take longer than pamela thinks since the sec have to trawl through all the fog and crap they have thrown up in their unexpected retreat. The filings will eventually come out, the delay was caused by paralysis of not knowing what to do for 8 weeks. First waiting for the gang to perform on compensation and restitution of all the stock and information,
then the hiatus of not knowing which direction to go in, then you contacting me an educating me into the geography of the tertiary markets, the rest is history. Lets see what the court does.

Is there anything preventing you from filing the financials previous to May 5th? Not that it would change much as far as the non-trading status, since I imagine any Market maker willing to file the forms to start trading BCIT would need the latest filings, but it sure would go a long way in the public's eyes, and of your unfortunate fraudulent shareholders...
