SEC with misguided advice to file a complaint. Without the action by the SEC this would still be trading, now no one can trade their shares unlike the multitude of total scams out there that are still trading and weren’t delisted by the SEC and never will be delisted even though they are more deserving of it than Inca was. The fact is the company is still in business and probably doing better than ever and I’ll bet many of those who filed complaints wish they hadn’t at least the ones who had shares. Stacy and Evan are laughing all the way to the bank.
