The 'shareholder' complaints forced the SEC to take action. I believe without those we'd still be flying under the radar (sputtering and low on fuel, but aloft non the less).
Its too late for coulda, shoulda, woulda and ALL the finger pointing in the world won't bring us back, but looking at the new website and press Inca is getting proves to me that they had a plan, but we didn't have the patience...
