IMO- It was a pre-auction gamble on something that many took, and it is interesting. There are many BK documents online for the reading. The Court and AONE Systems do not see a competing plan that can deliver a better result than the BK auction result based on all of the litigation that would arise without BK protection. Did you see all the lawsuits that were stacking up? This BK thing has to close so we can see if WANX moves to take over AONE Systems or if it goes dark as published and shares get cancelled.
