Oceanlow1, IMUN raised $3.7 for ITL. which equals a 9% interest. If ITL did not file the Wrongful Termination Notice IMUN would have raised the additional $6.3 Million dollars equaling 25% for a total of 10 Million dollars. It is ITL's job now to raise the money for all investors. A 9% interest is fine, lets move on.
Perhaps DR. Harnoy has already been approached by other investors. He could have been offered more money to cancel the contract he had with IMUN. The terms of the settlement agreement will soon be over between IMUN & ITL. I am sure we will hear from DR. Harnoy soon. The trials in Bangkok will start in April. Let's hope they are successful.
