This may work. But still why did the share price of IMUN drop so quickly and so precipitously. What companies are our Company Imun looking at? Who are their directors? Does not a merger with another company require shareholder approval?

Also it is great the position Seth has taken recognizing that Imun now has shareholder rights in regard to its relationship with ITL. Basically those are the same rights we as shareholders have in regard to our relationship with Imun. Go to it Seth.

Also did not Imun raise $7,000,000 and therefore all we had left to raise was $3,000,000 plus reasonable operating costs for us to have a 25% stake. Then ITL would have taken over and they would have been responsible for operating costs. But by then theoretically at least IMUN would have been worth billions after going public with an IPO. There are still a lot of unanswered questions and we still are in a much worse position compared to the original partnership agreement being carried out. And whether Seth was right or wrong he was still at the helm when all this occurred.

Teach us a thing or two Cat. You could start by clarifying how much Imun actually raised and precisely how these funds were spent. Next you could show us why the shares fell. Remember the T letter came after the shares fell to the best of my recollection.
