because they were a nothing company back then... have you seen all the news from Italy, and India... this company is destined to grow over time so it be wise of them to get back in the nasdaq

Hard to argue with logic, lol, but some will try. The company voted on this same thing back in December and the vote passed. The company decided against effecting the r/s. The only reason I see for trying to increase the AS would be for things such as the recently announced subsidiary Algaeplast and any possible mergers, jv's, acquisitions, etc..

They don't meet the market cap requirements to qualify for nasdaq, even if the rs is executed.
