Ok, now wait, they deliberately delisted themselves because they knew R/S would kill their shareholders just so they could meet Nas. requirements....now we're worrying ourselves about a potential R/S in April just so they can Uplist back to the Nas. possibly???

No, I don't buy that...why go through all this trouble to drop to OTC when they could have R/S while on Nas. and stay in compliance?
