i called Kenactiv soon after the RM, and mostly got "can't discuss that until it's public" replies.
i don't remember the name of the guy i talked to (should have written it down), but possibly the same guy you talked to.

i didn't get the sense he was hiding anything, just nervous about discussing anything (eg: disclosing insider info).

wasn't getting much info, so didn't press at the time.
figured i'd just wait for the fins.

i will try calling them again tomorrow.
