You tell me what Nokia is going to say. I will tell you as to what I think they will say we didn't infringe they made a mistake we would never do such a thing. IDCC will say these bastards have been infringing for over 7 years and refuse to pay a FAIR rate amd we want a sanction of a ban on them selling product.

Now what else do you think both parties will say? Now you tell me how the ALJ or the ITC can overturn what the CAFC ruled? If they have the authority to overturn the no infringement then it would revert back to no infringement, and the appeal process would be shot all to hell and back. Not being a lawyer but in my opinion the ITC has been left to rule after informing the parties of what kind of response they have and in my opinion suggest both sides see if they can resolve this if not then its damn time to rule.

Why should the facts get in the way of Mickeys good story??

We are all here because we believe in this stock and we believe the light at the end of the tunnel is not a train, but something has to give about the constant JMO posts on the fact that nokia will settle and they will be writing a check for a billion dollars sooner rather than later that we see from mickey 5 or 6 times a day

There is no justification or evidence whatsoever for the constant pie in the sky awards and frankly it is bordering on irrepsonsiblity to constantly be stating this for every new person who comes to this site to see what is going on who does not know mickey as an incessant cheerleader.

I come here to read the likes of you,and many of the other legal experts who provide us a laymens explanation of the legal goings on like this one who I am quite sure mickey will agrue with an rant on for another 3 or 4 posts.

I know i should just put him on ignore but one day i hope he will be correct and he can take his curtain call, but until than someone needs to temper him.

I know somewhere dmiller is laughing over this and surely is counting all his heaps of money.

Sorry to complain, but it is really getting old

Thanks for that information and would like your opinion. As we know, Nokia can respond to this by requesting a remand investigation on the issues of validity and non-infringement. However, if Nokia does continue to contest validity and/or non-infringement, it would be my opinion that they are compromising their argument that they are a willing licensee.

OldDog: I shutter when I see the word "REMAND"....hopefully we are able to avoid even more time delay and non-resolution to our situation......I do like the fact that the stock has popped above the previous resistance at 44...
